Moved by a Passion for Electronic Music sparked by her experiences in the dance scene of her late teenage years, Tikøa begins her artistic journey as a DJ in her early twenties. After a short initiation of playing digital Music, she soon discovered the art of mixing vinyl to be her most true form of expression. Since then, she has been expanding her record collection and developing her sound: Unrestricted by expectations and preconceptions of genres, her research of sound is focused around peculiar elements and distinct grooves, proudly giving space to anything which conveys an unconventional feeling. This versatility allows her to handle a wide range of dancefloor situations, sifting through thumping beats and bouncing grooves while keeping an unmistakeable sonic signature. In most recent times, she has proved her dexterity on multiple occasions: From setting the right mood at opening sets for her residency with Berlin’s Disconnekt collective, To upholding high energy through extended closing sets in the basement of Tresor, where she hosts her edition of New Faces under the mark of her Label: Codec992.

SLIN: This one is as real as they get. Few can carry the name of disc jockey with such pride and confidence as Slin, who lives and breathes vinyl culture. If this talented 21-year old Berlin DJ isn’t on the road playing gigs, he spends his time sifting through record shops, old dj collections or the internet in order to uncover lost gems or forgotten classics.

Besides growing his already impressive record collection, Slin sports three deck vinyl mixes that continue to impress in terms of technicality and musicality. His attitude towards DJing in general is sportive and ambitious; the intense preparation that goes into every one of his sets translates into an infectious performance in the booth, always in the mix working the wax.

His sets rely on a raw, rough and honest groove as well as nonlinear storytelling and are always a pleasure to dance to. His love for both old and new records allows him to demonstrate the breadth of his musical knowledge, engaging also the more experienced listeners.

His approach has earned him shows at Gotec Karlsruhe, Amp Münster and Forum Bielefeld alongside established artists like Rene Wise, Marron, Arkan and counting. Expect the unexpected, Slinis always looking for new material and always has a surprise up his sleeve!

Carmen Electro: Carmen Electro hails from one of the most Northern parts of Europe; the icy country of Finland. She fell in love with techno and the underground when living in London, which later brought her to Berlin, and placed her from the dance floor to behind the decks. Her aries personality drives her to constantly test her limits, and to get competitive with herself all while having a cheeky giggle. Partly due to her excitable personality, Carmen can’t commit to just one format and despite the fact that she’s recently seen playing vinyl-only, she also enjoys playing longer digital sets. When it comes to her selections, the past year has seen her focus on sets that feature elements of late 90s/early 2000s hardgroove as well as modern big room techno with mischievous energy. In the absence of clubs in the past two years, she also took on producing and has been spending time developing her sound which combines ingredients of old-school percussions and moving bass, dub techno, and a hint of rave brought at together at around 145bpm.

The Berlin based Artist Lorenzo Mancino, keeps combining his influences from multiple genres, throuthough a years- long experience in production.

Coming with raw industrial Kicks and Dark Wave, Metal or EBM´ish driven synths, Lorenzo Mancino stands for highly energetic &. ongoing hard grooves as equal as for dramatic breaks and vocals.

With upcoming releases on labels like Voxnox, Cep Records, NewKidsRecords, and more, his productions variate from pounding bangers to Dark Wave influenced Vocal Tracks.

While Dj sets will always be more bassline driven and forward, Lorenzo Mancino is soon planning to do a LIVE/HYBRID performance with Vocals.
